Academic Practice: Main Responsibilities:

- Plan and prepare engaging lesson plans, ( identifying core aim, objectives and outcomes for the lesson. Differentiating process and outcomes for the given cohort of learners.
- Research and develop new topics, courses, and teaching materials.
- Teach small groups of learners from diverse backgrounds, abilities, and age groups.
- Monitor, assess, and evaluate students' work.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Serve as a personal tutor, providing pastoral care to students.
- Conduct one-on-one tutorials with learners to address individual needs.
- Plan and implement additional support for students as required.
- Contribute to course team meetings for the monitoring, review, and evaluation of relevant courses.
- Collaborate with other educational professionals and organisations.
- Apply key assessment formative and summative strategies for the for the curriculum undertaken.
